These are the terms and conditions for www.pante.co.uk website .By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. These are legally contract between Pante Luxury Ltd, registered in England under number 8870207. Registered office, 160 Jamaica Rd, SE16 4RT, London.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of clothing from this website (www.pante.co.uk). Before buying anything from this website please read carefully, when a purchase is completed you confirm that you will comply with these terms. If for any reason you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated you should leave this website now. We may change these terms and conditions if necessary without any prior notice. We do advise you to read and understand the contract before you confirm a purchase from this website.

We do always keep the website updated as much as possible. We do apologize if any of our product is out of stock or unavailable. Or garments are especially designed and a few pieces are unique therefore you may find difficulties to buy them directly from the website. However we do provide a made to order service which gives to you a personalized experience, where measurements have to be taken in order to design your clothing. Beware that colors might be slightly different on the website than they really are in real life, the graphical experience of our website is not always the same to every customer due to hardware settings or monitor resolution.

1) Purchases

We reserve the right to reject an order at any time in case our product is out of stock, if we identify any error on product price or if we are unable to take authorization from your credit/or debit card provider. If any payment has been made and we cannot supply the product we will refund any funds taken from your card as soon as possible. As a card operator may vary we would ask you to allow time for this to be shown on your account.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with details, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.

The confirmation of your order will follow upon email from us notifying that we have received the full payments for ANY ITEM (both the items) and the delivery charges applied. Also notifying that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery details will follow such as time and date that your product will be delivered and also a tracking number. To enable you to track your product.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

    2) Prices and Deliveries

      All items on the website are inclusive of VAT, and are quoted in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are applicable unless stated as a promotion and if so we will ask for the promotion code before completing the transaction.

      If a delivery address is different than the billing address we do ask to the card holder to complete the options as deliver to a friend. Delivery address cannot be changed after the payment confirmation. Please allow plenty of time for delivery to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.

      As soon as an order is placed and payments confirmed we will dispatch your goods. We will send an email confirming the purchase and the consignment number so you will be able to track your order. All orders are very well packaged and gift wrapped in our boxes.

      We do deliver to everywhere in UK and Europe. If you wish to have our clothing delivered in another country please contact sales department on [email protected]

        3) Credit Cards

          Payments must be made by the card holder. Therefore we advise clients to register with us before confirming any payments. Personal information has to be accurate and current.

          All major valid credit/debit card are accepted. Credit/debit cards are subject to checks and validation. We cannot complete the purchase without authorization by the card issuer.

          4) Returns

          We are committed to deliver the best quality product and will be working very hard to keep a high standard of service to our clients. But, if you are not completely satisfied with our garment we will be more than happy to process a return and therefore a refund to the credit/debit card holder.

          To receive a refund the product has to be in perfect conditions, unworn and all labels still attached and in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item of clothing that you bought directly from the website the product has to reach us within 14 days from the purchase. It’s necessary to return the email that we have sent to you with the order confirmation and receipt number in order to process a refund.

          You must send an email within 48 hours that you received the garment explaining the reason why you want to return it and wait for our authorization. We do not pay to return a product unless it’s faulty. 

          We reserve the right to refuse any refunds on items, in case we confirm it has been used or for some reason or damaged while it was in THE clients possession if so, the item will be returned to the purchaser. The client takes responsibility for the product as soon as they confirm the payment. The legal ownership will return to us when we refund any such a payment to the purchaser.

          As soon as we receive the returned item we will then process the refund . Please allow time for the payment to show in your statement as dependent on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to clear.

          Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. In case of a faulty garment please allow 4 weeks for the repair to be done. When completed we will return your item. We advise you to send the goods by special delivery with an additional insurance as they are your responsibility until they reach us.

          5) Returns (Made-To-Order / Haute Couture) items

          Please note that we do not refund any made-to-order or Haute Couture clothing. But, if you are not completely satisfied with our garment we will be more than happy to make alterations until it reaches your satisfaction. We will send a tailor to you in order to take details of any alterations that have to be done. Please, allow 4 weeks for the alteration to be completed. When completed we will return your item.

          Please note, for International returns you must satisfy yourself about any charges for taxes and import duty as it is at your own responsibility.
