Items can be returned for a refund or store credit and should be in their new, unused condition with all garment tags and the security tag still attached - including any designer packaging such as dust bags, authenticity cards and leather tags must be included with your return. The items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
We are unable to accept or exchange shoes with scratched or dirty soles. Returns that are damaged, soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Request a Return
Please request a Returns Authorisation number (RA) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return your order in it's originally packaging, making sure that all items are properly protected.
The RA (Returns Authorisation) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Returns without this will not be accepted without an RA (Returns Authorisation) number.
You will receive a call or email to confirm that your returned order has been received and processed. All orders must be returned in their new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please keep proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Returned goods outside of these time frames are accepted only at the discretion of PANTE and an exchange may only be offered.
All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items less any taxes or import duties incurred. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges.
Please note: card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time, which can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. If you have questions please contact us.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. We advise customers to also check garments on receipt and definitely before removing our tag. Once this tag is removed, customers may only return the item it is proven to be faulty.
